She’s decisive, organized and collaborative and specializes in making brilliant ideas come to life beautifully.
Since starting at MAS, Dana has prioritized creative excellence and opportunity. To do this, she focused on building a diverse and inclusive culture, creating a space where all have a voice, purpose and place on the team. She re-configured strategy, creative and graphic design departments to align with the current creative climate, while keeping employee growth at the center. As a project based agency, MAS relies on an army of freelancers, and Dana has made it a priority to grow a bench of talent globally that feels like a natural extension of the full time team. To help find and grow new talent, she was an integral part of starting a successful residency program that has grown in size and reputation year over year. Most recently, using her deep experience and knowledge of brand advertising, Dana helped identify broader scopes of work in the content space and are in the beginning stages of growing a new content focused arm of the agency.
Dana is also a huge sports fan, art enthusiast, dog lover, print and textile maker and her latest side project is a small clothing line, currently consisting of three tops and soon a coat.
